ITechLeadz developed an Integrated Customer Onboarding & Billing Automation Solution using Zoho Forms, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Banking APIs to automate the complete customer acquisition and financial workflow. The system captures customer information from Zoho Forms, automatically creates Accounts and Contacts in Zoho CRM, and generates corresponding customer records in Zoho Books. Based on submitted data, invoices and recurring subscriptions are created automatically, while secure banking API integration synchronizes invoice and subscription information in real time. Custom Deluge scripts ensure continuous synchronization between the banking platform and Zoho Books, providing accurate financial records and seamless billing operations.
