ITechLeadz developed a custom Zoho Creator & Zoho Desk Integration Solution to streamline ticket management, approval workflows, and operational processes. The application automatically retrieves support tickets from Zoho Desk and transfers them into Zoho Creator for advanced processing and validation. Using intelligent business logic, the system prevents duplicate records, maps tickets to the correct organization by matching Parent LP, Corresponding LP, and Email, and routes them for administrative approval. Once approved, automated reminders and follow-up schedules ensure timely task completion, while two-way synchronization using Deluge APIs keeps data updated in real time across both Zoho Desk and Zoho Creator.
